We maintain a composed presence and do not engage in filming, photography, or guest interaction beyond service.

Q: How far in advance should we book?

A: We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, particularly during peak seasons. That said, we understand private events can arise with short notice and will always do our best to accommodate when possible.

Q: Do you serve outside of South Florida?

A: Sip Santé primarily serves Palm Beach County and Broward County. Select engagements outside this region may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Travel and logistics fees may apply.

Q: Who is responsible for purchasing the alcohol?

A: In accordance with standard practice, clients are responsible for purchasing all alcohol. Sip Santé may provide guidance and consultation to assist with selection, quantities, and organization upon request.

Q: Do you offer alcohol-free options or mocktails?

A: Yes. We offer refined non-alcoholic options and mocktails with the same level of care and presentation as our cocktails. Every guest should feel considered.

Q: Do you provide glassware and bar equipment?

A: We provide professional bar tools and service equipment. Disposable serviceware is available if needed. If glassware is preferred, it is typically provided by the host or venue to align with the aesthetic of the space.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes. Sip Santé carries general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance and additional insured documentation can be provided upon request.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Zelle and PayPal.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. This ensures availability is reserved and staffing is confirmed for your engagement.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit, as dates are reserved and staffing is secured in advance. Each situation is handled with consideration, and we encourage clients to communicate as early as possible if plans change.

Q: Can you provide a cocktail menu specifically for our event?

A: Yes. We are able to curate menus to align with your event’s tone, guest profile, and setting. We work with you to design a selection that feels intentional and refined, whether you prefer timeless classics, seasonal variations, or signature creations.

Q: What’s included in your private bartending service package?

A: Sip Santé provides professional bartenders, bar tools, service equipment, and full on-site execution from setup through breakdown. We manage the flow of service with discretion and attention to detail, ensuring the bar experience integrates seamlessly into your event environment.
